Jamie is an accredited counsellor and person centred counselling tutor with over 20 years experience working both privately and in the public service sector with adults and young people, and provides 1-1 and group therapy, couples counselling, clinical supervision, and workshops for professionals.

Sandra has specialised in working with clients who have experienced sexual abuse, trauma, and rape and has decades of experience working in the public sector with mental illness

We are members of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
